It appears that in London many Buyer’s are in a hold pattern instead of buying . The problem is that prices have already dropped 25% from the high’s in January to April of 2022 and that is a fact. Interest rates are still going up and that is a fact.
If you are selling now , yes its low compared to the first quarter but you are also buying low and may get away without having to bid up an offer. Isn’t this a good option?
